Hello everyone! I hope everyone is doing well with everything - fasting, studying, etc.-ing ohoho
February 28th marked the first day of Ramadan, which will last until the 30th of March. To all our Muslim friends out there, Ramadan Kareem! May all your prayers be answered this Ramadan and always :))
For this lovely Ramadan season, MSO has decided to team up with @masca_nsw, @bp_sydney and @malaysiafest to bring you all an exciting Buka Puasa event!
Wells actually it was quite chill, there were prayers done together, break fasting together and many sociable and joyful conversations together throughout the event. As a Non-Muslim myself, I had a good time chatting and discussing about Ramadan with guests and friends I haven't seen in awhile, and I think it was a really good event to bring different groups of Malaysians together!
Whether they were friends catching up after a long time, or strangers who were meeting for the first time, hearing all the chatter outside the CATS room while I was setting up made me feel like I was in a Raya Open House 🥰
Besides eating some delicious Ayam Masak Merah + Sirap Bandung Ais (😮💨 such a good break fast food), we prepared a Kahoot! filled with all sorts of Malaysian Trivia 😄kekeke
The Top 3 players won a little prize courtesy of our friends at Masca, BPS and Malaysia fest 🤗 anddd aside from Kahoot! winners, there was an undisclosed judge🥷throughout the night who was silently selecting the winners for Best Dressed in the Man and Woman's category.
Congratulations to our winners!!
In my personal opinion though, there were many well dressed girlies and guys, know that yalls have my acknowledgement 😁😁
(Also what's up with the Red Baju Melayu? Is it in trend? I saw 4 guys wear it and got confused cause I thought the IN color was green 💀)
Honestly, it made my heart full seeing everyone genuinely having fun playing this Kahoot! that our lovely Socials Director (ARMANDDD 🔥🚘) and I made. The organizing team had a good time planning this together with our amazing collabs, and we hope to see you all in the next event!

P.S. started listening to 'Koleksi 30 Lagu Hit Nostalgia Hari Raya' for the Kahoot! and ngl, I am now quite hooked leh
